The Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier is located at 41 Fort Pickens Rd. located on Casino Beach in Pensacola Beach. The pier juts out 1,271 feet over the Gulf of Mexico and offers some of the best views from Pensacola Beach as well as some of the best fishing from land in the area!

The Pensacola Beach Fishing Pier sits atop the Gulf of Mexico, which is home to hundreds of species of wildlife.  From the Fishing Pier, spectaters have observed dolphin, sharks, manatees, several species of fish, turtles, stingrays, jelly fish, crab, and much more. 

This is also a favorite spot among bird watchers due to the large amount of marine birds who visit the pier in hopes of finding an easy meal! Marine birds include heron, egrets, pelicans, eagulls, even a bald eagle has been spotted over Pensacola Beach!

There is an admission fee for the Gulf Pier. Daily prices are as follows: $7.50 adults; $6.50 seniors and military; and $4.50 for children. Admission includes license fees so you do not have to hold an Escambia County Fishing License to fish from the bridge. Spectaters can walk the 2/3 mile roundtrip walk for a mere $1.25.

 Common fish caught at the fishing pier include Spanish and King Mackerel, Trout, Flounder, Cobia, Mahi Mahi, Pampano, Blue Fish, Flounder, Tarpon, jack Cravel, and Bonito to name a few.
