Laguna Pointe Condo Association
There is an active homeowners association at the Laguna Pointe. They help to enforce covenants and restrictions and maintain the complex's integrity! Dues are approximately $535 per month as of 2012. The homeowners association dues cover the gated entrance, landscaping, reserves, insurance, utilities such as water, sewer, trash, basic cable, pest control, and maintenance. Pets are accepted at the complex, but each individual owner has the right to decide whether or not to lease to pet owners.

There are two buildings that make up this community at 4050 & 4060 Indigo Drive, Pensacola, FL 32507. The building at 4050 Indigo Drive is a waterfront building which sits along Grand Lagoon and offers fabulous waterfront views. The building at 4060 Indigo Drive has waterviews of the Intercoastal Waterway, although isn't waterfront. Check out the map below to see positions of both buildings.

Within 10 miles of Laguna Pointe Condos, you will find Big Lagoon State Park, Fort McRee, Perdido Kids Park, and Perdido Key beaches including popular Johnsons Beach. If you are military with a boat, Sherman Cove Marina is only a few miles~ Within two miles, there is shopping including a Wal-Mart and Target, as well as grocery stores including Winn Dixie and Publix within about five miles.
Laguna Pointe is a relatively small community with only 42 condos. The complex is located in a residential area tucked behind a gated neighborhood, Heron's Forest. The property backs up to a wooded nature preserve and has views of the Big Lagoon and Intercoastal Waterway. Since the location overlooks the Nature Preserve, you can enjoy watching local wildlife in their natural habitat from your balcony.

With its proximity to the Naval Air Station, an added perk to the Harbour Pointe Condos is a frequent, free Blue Angels performance. Luckily, Pensacola is home of the Navy's Blue Angels! On most Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 8:30- 9:30 during their season, they fly right past the building several times.
