Found in an East Hill, Pensacola home, this hot water heater is older than any home component or mechanism we've ever encountered.
This East Hill home, built in 1908, is now a commercial building but was once a home. Tucked in the basement of this 9th Ave. home, we found this ancient American Radiator Company machine. Called a boiler or furnace, this system used coal to heat hot water. Similar units have sold on Ebay for $1,500.
