Built in 1997, the property is very well maintained. With 72 condos on fourteen levels, the building offers water views from all units.

The majority of condos at South Harbour are 2 bedroom 2 bath with a little over 1,000 square feet.  South Harbour does have three penthouse units and three terrace units on the top floors which are range from about 1,950 square feet to 2,250 square feet.

South Harbour offers both long term (7+ months to a year) leases as well as short term vacation rentals depending on your needs and availability.

Some are rented furnished and all rates include some utilities which are paid by the homeowners association. The building is pet friendly but each owner has separate pet preferences so pets are not accepted at all South Harbour rentals.
