The Seaglades community is located off of Gulf Beach Hwy between Blue Angel Pkwy & Perdido Key Dr., just minutes from the back gate of Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL 32507.
Located in Southwest Pensacola, FL, 32507 just minutes from Perdido Key Beaches & Naval Air Station Pensacola, this waterfront community is a favorite among military families.
The Seaglades community is located off of Gulf Beach Hwy, just minutes from the back gate of Naval Air Station Pensacola, FL 32507. This community features three phases (Sealgades, Seaglades North, and Seaglades East) with over 200 homes with some homes in Seaglades featuring waterfront and water view lots overlooking Big Lagoon.
The original Seaglades community was constructed in the 1970's, however, the majority of homes located in Seaglades Subdivisions are newer brick homes. Seaglades North was developed in the 1990's while Seaglades East was developed in the early 2000s.
They range in square footage from about 1,400 square feet to 3,500 square feet and feature either front or side entry double car garages.

Please note: There is an awesome waterfront park on Seaglades Dr. but is only accessible to residents of the original Seaglades, not Seaglades North or East.
