Gulf Winds is a 4-story, 18 unit condominium complex located approximately 2 miles from Casino Beach, Pensacola Beach Gulf Fishing Pier, and Portofino Boardwalk. The majority of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife on Pensacola Beach are situated on the Portofino Boardwalk near Quietwater Shell.
While most of the other buildings around Gulf Winds are residential condos and single family homes, there is a Circle K and a popular seafood restaurant "Peg Leg Petes" within easy walking distance.
