CBS Money News named Pensacola among the Top 10 most affordable beach towns!
Pensacola was ranked among the top 10 (and listed first) Cheapest US Beach Towns! Using data provided by RealtyTrac, Pensacola's median home price is listed by CBS Money as $105,600.
According a recent article by the Pensacola News Journal on the Pensacola real estate market, Escambia County, which includes Pensacola and the surrounding cities of Perdido Key, Cantonment, Century and Molino, median home sales price for 2014 was $120,500. Using either figure, it's clear that Pensacola is among the most affordable US Beach towns!
There are approximately 400 waterfront condos, townhomes, and homes available for purchase in the starting as low as $75,000 for a 1 bedroom waterfront condo in Pensacola!
