More great news for investors: In addition to declining sales prices, and the best prices on multi-family in over 10 years, the Pensacola area is seeing an increase in rental rates for 3 bedroom 2 bath homes as well as larger, nicer homes. Nationally, rents are expected to increase up to 25% through the end of 2012.
