Perfect weather brings a huge turnout at Bayview Park's Zumba fitness classes.
Pensacola has been spoiled with perfect weather this week- lows in the 60's and highs in the 80's. After a hot, rainy and humid summer, we are thrilled to open our windows and spend some time outdoors.
That must be why so many showed up for this Monday's Zumba fitness class at Bayview Park in Pensacola. Zumba is a dance fitness class which combines fitness with dancing- including salsa and meringue dance steps. With high energy Latin music, this group (comprised mostly of ladies) danced it out right over Bayou Texar while the sun set!
Interested in joining the fun? Classes are held every Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6 p.m. at Bayview Park near the water. The cost is $5 per class. You don't need to RSVP, just show up! Call Cheryl at (850) 436-5190 with questions and to confirm class times.

Of course, many gyms and fitness centers host indoor Zumba, but, come on! We live in Florida. Get outside and enjoy it.
