We are entering military PCS (permanent change of station) moving season. The majority of PCS moves with families occur during the peak summer months between May 15th through the 15th of August.  With over 520,000 PCS moves during the year, over half (reported at about 225,000 PCS moves) take place during this time.

Because this is peak move season, we often find a shortage of rental homes in the Pensacola area convenient to military bases and service members often find a lag in delivery of house hold and personal goods.
